1. Overview
Kilukkam is a lottery-results and ticket-checking app. You can browse Kerala lottery results and check ticket numbers without creating an account or signing in.
Kilukkam does not offer user accounts or sign-in. We use information only for the purposes described in this policy and do not sell information directly.
2. Information we collect
Ticket and scan information
If you enter or scan a ticket number, we may use it to compare the number with available results. If you choose to save ticket details, they may be stored locally on your device. No account is required.
Saved ticket information
Saved ticket details may include the lottery name, ticket prefix and number, a label you provide, draw date, result status, and notification preferences. These details are used on your device for your convenience and to check them against available results.
Device and notification information
If you enable result notifications, the app or its notification provider may process a device or push-notification token, platform information, and the information needed to deliver an alert. You can control notification permission in your device settings.
Camera and photo-library access
Kilukkam may request camera access to scan a ticket barcode and photo-library access when you choose an existing ticket image. The scan is used to read the ticket number. We do not need to keep the original image to provide this scanning feature.
Technical information
We and our hosting or infrastructure providers may process basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app and website, such as request information, device or app version, and approximate network information.
Advertising and usage metrics
Kilukkam uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and share approximate location inferred from an IP address, app interactions such as launches, taps, and ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or other identifiers. This information may be used for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, and fraud prevention under Google’s policies.
3. How we use information
We may use information to:
- provide lottery results and ticket checking;
- display ads and measure ad performance;
- understand usage and maintain, debug, protect, and improve Kilukkam;
- send result notifications that you choose to enable;
- respond to support requests and communicate important service changes; and
- comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.
5. Storage and retention
We do not maintain user accounts. Ticket numbers or details saved by an optional feature may remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app. AdMob and other service providers retain information according to their own policies.
Technical logs or backups, where used, may remain for a limited period before they are removed or securely isolated according to the applicable provider’s normal cycle.
6. Your choices
- You can use results and ticket checking without creating an account or signing in.
- You can turn result notifications off in the app or your device settings.
- You can decline camera or photo-library access when those permissions are not needed.
- You can manage advertising and privacy settings, including your Android advertising identifier, through your device settings and Google controls.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your device and operating system updated and use a strong device passcode.
8. Children’s privacy
Kilukkam is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Kilukkam changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may also provide notice in the app.
