1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Kilukkam, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you use Kilukkam on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them.
2. The Kilukkam service
Kilukkam provides tools to browse Kerala lottery result information, check ticket numbers against available results, optionally save ticket details on your device, and optionally receive result alerts.
Kilukkam is an informational tool. It does not sell lottery tickets, conduct lotteries, process prize claims, or act as an official lottery authority. Kilukkam is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries.
3. Ticket checking and local information
You can use Kilukkam without creating an account or signing in. If you enter or scan a ticket number, you are responsible for checking that the number and draw details you provide are correct.
If you choose to save ticket details, they are stored for your convenience on the device or in the app’s available local storage. Kilukkam does not sell tickets, process payments, or guarantee a prize.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Kilukkam lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- use the service to violate any law or another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the service;
- scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its data in a way that harms the service or violates a source’s terms; or
- submit malicious code, fraudulent information, or content that is unlawful or harmful.
5. Results, sources, and content
Kilukkam may retrieve, process, and display result information from the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries and other publicly available sources. Automated retrieval, parsing, transmission, or display can introduce errors. Results may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly processed, changed by the source, or unavailable.
The official result publication and the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries control all questions about a draw, ticket validity, prize eligibility, and prize claims. Always verify a result directly with the official Kerala State Lotteries source before relying on it, selling or transferring a ticket, or making a claim. A result shown by Kilukkam is not a guarantee that a ticket is eligible for a prize.
Some result information may come from third-party or official public sources. Those sources may have their own terms and may change or remove content. Kilukkam does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, source content, or lottery rules.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not promise that Kilukkam will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or network.
We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or where we are required to do so.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kilukkam is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Kilukkam and its operators will not be responsible for any loss, claim, cost, or damage arising from or related to an incorrect, delayed, missing, or unavailable result; reliance on information displayed by the app; a missed draw or prize claim; ticket invalidity; source changes; service interruption; or your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. These terms are not intended to remove non-waivable consumer protections or protect against fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to disclaim.
8. Intellectual property
Kilukkam’s app, branding, design, and original software are owned by Kilukkam or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. No other rights are transferred to you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we may also provide notice in the app.
